ABTL - Association of Business Trial Lawyers

Northern California

Presented by the ABTL Leadership Development Committee (LDC)

This one-hour panel will focus on pipeline issues resulting in a lack of diversity in the legal profession, with a particular focus on first-generation lawyers and the particular challenges they may face both entering the profession and throughout their careers. The panelists will touch upon what we in the legal profession can do to begin to address these pipeline issues as well as the import and benefit to us all in doing so.
