DRESS CODE
All seminar sessions are casual (shorts and golf shirts are welcome). All receptions and dinners are Resort Casual (no jackets or ties required). Hawaiian attire always welcome.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Seminar Registration Fees are refundable prior to Monday, September 17, 2010, less a processing fee of $175.00. Cancellations must be received in writing (by email at annualseminar@abtl.org or by fax to 714.602.2505), no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 17, 2010
MCLE CREDIT
This activity has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 12.25 hours. The ABTL certifies that this activity conforms to the standards of approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing Minimum Continuing Legal Education.
EARLY REGISTRATION INCENTIVE
As further incentive to register early, in addition to the early registration fee offered, the ABTL is offering one (1) lucky attendee an upgrade to a corner ocean-front room (normally priced at $990/night) at the garden view rate. To qualify for this opportunity, conference registration must be received by June 15, 2010. All qualifying registrants will be entered into a drawing for this upgrade and the winner will be notified.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
All accommodations are at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows on the Big Island of Hawaii. Discounted ABTL group rates are detailed below and in the brochure. Each ABTL member is responsible for booking his/her own hotel accommodations by contacting the hotel at 800.367.2323. The ABTL will assist you with questions and concerns regarding your hotel arrangements, but will not assume responsibility for hotel cancellation penalties. For your additional enjoyment, the ABTL discounted group rates can be extended pre– and post-conference for up to four (4) days on either side of the scheduled conference dates.

AIRFARE
The ABTL recommends flying into the Kona Airport (KOA). The ABTL will assist our members with questions and concerns for travel arrangements, but will not assume responsibility for travel arrangements or cancellation penalties.
TRANSPORTATION TO RESORT
All attendees will need to arrange transportation from the
airport to the Mauna Lani. The hotel concierge (808.881.7911) can assist with such arrangements and most major rental car companies are available at the Kona airport.
