- All Seminar Presentations (materials and MCLE for conference registrants only)
- 40th Anniversary Celebration and Welcome Dinner on
Thursday, October 3, 2013;
- Two (2) Buffet Breakfasts (Friday and Sunday);
- Luncheon on Friday October 4, 2013 (Conference registrants only); &
- Dinner & Entertainment on Saturday, October 5, 2013.
- Registered children may attend both breakfasts, the Welcome Dinner and a private Children’s Dinner on Saturday evening.
All seminar sessions are casual (shorts and golf shirts are welcome). Receptions and dinners are Resort Casual (no jackets or ties required).
& REFUND POLICY
Seminar Registration Fees are refundable prior to Tuesday, September 3, 2013, less a non-refundable processing fee of $175.00. Cancellations must be received in writing (by email at email@example.com or by fax to 714.602.2505), no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2013.
